Privacy Policy

DayCrew is a small social-meetup operation running weekly sessions on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. The service is operated by DayCrew (rosh@joindaycrew.com).

• Apply-form data: first name, email, Instagram handle, age range, gender, vibes, meetup-quality preferences, preferred session day.
• Attribution: referral code and the marketing source/campaign you arrived from, if present in your link.
• Activity: RSVPs, attendance, referral activity, payment status (via Stripe).
• Email engagement: via Resend / our DayCrew Mail platform (opens, clicks, bounces) on the emails we send you.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. We store your Stripe customer id and subscription status only.

• Matching you into a crew and running the meetup.
• Emailing you your hub link, reminders, and confirmations.
• DM'ing you on Instagram from @daycrewclub with meetup details.
• Operating the referral reward system.
• Understanding which channels bring high-quality applicants (aggregate, not individual targeting).

Only the platforms we need to run the service:

• Supabase — database hosting
• Vercel — application hosting
• Stripe — payments
• Resend — transactional email delivery

We never sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

What other members see: Before a meetup, your crew sees no individual identifiers — only aggregate stats (crew size, age range mix, top vibe tags). After you attend a meetup, your first name and Instagram handle become visible in the "People you've met" section on the hubs of everyone in that crew, so you can stay in touch. This is core to how DayCrew works — making real connections — and we want you to know upfront.

You can request your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. To leave the community, deactivate yourself from your hub or DM @daycrewclub. Deletion is hard-delete from our database; payment records stay with Stripe per their retention rules.

We use a small amount of localStorage (admin auth, drag-state) and standard Vercel session cookies. No third-party advertising cookies.
