Sunshine Coast
Meet your crew at Sunshine Beach.
Every Wednesday at 4pm, DayCrew puts a small crew of 5-8 people on Sunshine Beach for the mid-week reset. Locals, blow-ins, and Noosa newcomers welcome.

How it works
Noosa has plenty of beauty and plenty of cafes — what it doesn't have is an obvious place to meet new people who actually live here (or are about to). DayCrew's Wednesday session at Sunshine Beach is that place. Same time, same beach, every week, so the regulars build a rhythm and newcomers always have a door to walk through.
- Every Wednesday · 4:00pm · Sunshine Beach
- Crews of 5-8 — small enough to actually talk to everyone.
- Format: walk, swim, sit, chat — phones in the bag.
- One free meetup to try. Then A$5/session or A$12/month unlimited.
The beach itself
Sunshine Beach is the one. Long flat sand, the National Park headland behind you, no high-rises in your eyeline. The 4pm timing catches the start of golden hour — warm sand, soft light, the kind of conditions that make strangers easy. We meet at the south end so parking's straightforward and the walk to the water is short.
Common questions
Quick answers for your first meetup.
Where on Sunshine Beach do you actually meet?
South end, near the SLSC. Once your crew is locked in for the week, you'll get a DM from @daycrewclub with the exact spot and your crew members' names.
I live in Noosaville / Tewantin / Peregian — is it worth driving?
Yes. Most attendees come from across the Noosa Shire. Sunshine Beach is the best meeting beach for this part of the coast — sheltered, walkable, easy parking after 4pm.
I'm here on holiday for a week. Can I come once?
That's exactly what the free first meetup is for. Lots of holiday-makers and remote workers passing through come once, then again the next week if they're still around.
What if I'm shy?
The crew format does the hard part. You're placed into a small group of 5-8 — no working the room, no being the brave one. By minute 10 the awkwardness is gone.
Is there also a Saturday session?
Yes — same time, different beach. Saturdays at 4pm at Mooloolaba Beach. Pick whichever fits, or come to both.
Strangers in, friends out.
Bring yourself. We'll bring the crew. One free meetup to see if it's your thing.
